NATPAT Club is our online loyalty program designed to reward NATPAT fams for shopping, helping fellow parents through leaving reviews and being active on social . Earn points to unlock perks and discounts on future purchases. Ultimate perk is an all-expenses paid trip to Australia for you and your family!

All you have to do is create an account online. The program is entirely free to join—there’s no minimum spending amount required.

You cannot earn points on previous purchases prior to joining NATPAT Club. However, you will receive 50 Points just for signing up.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of your qualifying purchase. If your account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in your account will expire.

Yes. Points are calculated based on the order total (excluding shipping) after the discount is applied.

If you return a product or order and we issue you a refund, your points balance will reflect this, and the points earned on the returned product(s) will be removed.

You cannot earn points for orders paid with a gift card. Points are only rewarded for the initial purchase of the gift card.

Absolutely! Claim your NATPAT Club points for Amazon purchases by emailing us a photo or screenshot of your receipt within 14 days of making your purchase.

Typically your points will be available within 3 business days after you email us your receipt.
